Salary: ₹1.8 LPA+ (Annual Increment Every April)
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct Pharma QC/QA/QMS software challenge tests to identify technical issues
- Documentation management
- Train Pharma QC/QA/QMS users on the software
- Resolve customer queries via calls & emails
Qualification :
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.SC / M.SC
Required Skills :
- Good typing speed
- Strong communication
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
