Customer Support Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹1.8 LPA+ (Annual Increment Every April)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct Pharma QC/QA/QMS software challenge tests to identify technical issues.
- Manage documentation and reports
- Train Pharma QC/QA/QMS users on the software
- Resolve customer queries via calls & emails
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.SC / M.SC
Required Skills:
- Good typing speed
- Strong communication
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
